Internal Valet Standards
Whilst it is the hub’s responsibility to ensure vehicles are valeted, as we all know, sometimes standards are not being met by the hub.
It’s OUR job to ensure no vehicles are delivered to customers where the internal valet standard is anything but excellent.
Please check the valet standard BEFORE you depart MVS, and ensure any issues are resolved. Some examples are listed below. Any customer receiving a vehicle with any of these issues is almost certainly going to feel aggrieved and will complain to Pivotal and ultimately, it will fall to Ferris to answer the question of how this vehicle managed to leave the hub.
Imagine having a Range Rover delivered to you with dog hairs or human hairs that are not yours – not pleasant and not what you paid for.
Cupholders are easy to miss, particularly when they have a concealing shutter.
Grime on the leather is also common.
Greasy finger marks perhaps? Whatever the mark is, it’s not acceptable.
Quite a few issues on this one – this IS a collection vehicle but it gives you an idea of what to look out for when the hub has not done a thorough valet.
Obviously not acceptable. The hub would need to resolve this issue.
Dirt and food crumbs in the creases of the seats is also often missed by the hub. Please check!
The images says it all…
What looks like a human hair along with crumbs/dirt is similarly not uncommon. Please seek a solution at the hub. It’s not our job to clean the interior, but it IS our job to ensure the vehicle is valeted to an excellent standard.
