Driver Development Feedback
As part of our continued commitment to our client, we have made improvements to the way we feed back to all of you, so you can get a picture of what the client and our customers are saying.
You will receive comments on the quality of your inspections, areas of damage that are deemed to have been ‘missed’ which are therefore not chargeable, as well as comments directly from the customers regarding their experience at the door.
It is great to see how many of you are receiving positive feedback from our customers!
Please take any negative comments constructively, try and think how you could have managed a situation better, or if there is a way of adapting what you already do in order to provide the best possible service.
It does take a while for the feedback to filter through the system, but we are aiming to have this constantly updated with the information we receive, don’t worry if you do not receive feedback straight away in a particular area, but please do keep checking back regularly for updates.
Please search on Google sheets for your own feedback sheet – it will be found with the following prefix – “XX” needs to be replaced by your own initials as they appear on the schedule:
