Tips & Tricks – Tyre Dressing
Customers who’ve gone to the effort of having the vehicle valeting, are very much against the ‘tyre covered in tyre dressing’ phrase, it is similar to saying to a customer that their car is “Dirty”.
With the change to V5.1 Inspections on iAuditor, you must always inspect the tyre to the best of your ability and record any visible damage, regardless of Mud or tyre dressing.
Please ensure your photographs prove the condition of the tyre should anything be later challenged.
You MUST continue to inspect the tyre and report any apparent damage. Do mention tyre black, but STILL inspect the tyre.
